This role supports the production floor by identifying quality issues, driving root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring robust process control.
The Customer Quality Engineer participates in audits,



manages documentation, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality performance.
Additionally, they lead quality planning during new product launches and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirementsQualifications
Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing , or a related technical field (or equivalent experience in quality/customer-facing roles)
3 to 7 years of experience in quality and customer management.
Knowledge of ISO ****, IATF *****, and VDA standards.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and the 8 D methodology.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strongcustomer-facing communication skills
Ability tolead customer meetings , calls, and audits professionally
Skilled in explaining technical issues clearly tocustomers and internal teams
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork skills.Additional Information
