We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate with expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll to join our team and drive excellence in human capital management and payroll technology solutions.About the RoleIn this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM and Payroll modules.
You will ensure that our solutions are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business needs and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM & Payroll components including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and ReportingPartner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutionsEnsure adherence to local labor laws and payroll regulations within SAP systemsTroubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM and Payroll issues,



and lead system upgrades or integrationsDevelop training materials and user documentationCollaborate with external vendors where necessarySupport reporting and analytics for HR and payroll operationsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field3-5 years of SAP HCM and Payroll experienceStrong understanding of payroll processes and labor lawsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP ECC Payroll preferredSAP HCM or Payroll certification desirableExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy PwC?
