The role
As aLead Motion Designer / Editor , you will be a hands-on creative leader responsible for defining and delivering motion design, editorial, and VFX work.You will use motion as astorytelling tool , shaping rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact across all deliverables, while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with clients.You will thrive in this role if you are:A creative storyteller who understands motion beyond executionComfortable leading and elevating other designersConfident presenting ideas and creative rationale to clientsDetail-oriented, with strong craft and quality standardsRole responsibilitiesLead thecreative direction of motion design and editingacross projectsDesign and executehigh-impact motion, 3 D, and VFX workShape storytelling throughpacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flowDeveloporiginal motion languages and visual systemsCreate content forbrand films, pitch materials, digital experiences, and campaignsExtend motion design intoweb, apps, and interactive platformsProvidecreative direction and feedbackto team membersEnsure quality through attention totiming, detail, and craft executionPresent and explain creative decisions clearly to clients, linking design to strategyContribute tohigh-stakes contentsuch as sizzles, launches, and proposalsMinimum qualificationsProven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level)Strong expertise inAfter Effects and video editing tools (e.g., Da Vinci Resolve)Advanced capabilities in3 D tools (Cinema 4 D or Blender)Experience deliveringhigh-quality VFX and compositing workStrong understanding ofvisual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structureExperience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative workAbility to communicate effectively inEnglishStrong client-facing communication skillsPreferred qualificationsExperience working increative studios, agencies, or production environmentsStrong skills in design tools such asIllustrator, Photoshop,
