Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainer to join the Soft Skills team.
The Trainer will be responsible for preparing and conducting soft skills training sessions (online and face to face), maintaining training materials, and ensuring compliance with branding and organizational standards.
This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to support the training process and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Materials Preparation:Prepare training presentations for classroom sessionsPrepare e-learning materialsTraining Materials Maintenance:Keep content up to date, including branding, content etc.Conducting Training Sessions:Conduct training sessions timely, with high quality, and defined frequencyManage the number of attendees in the group and monitor waitlistsMaintain sessions availabilityWorkday platforms Administration:Create new scheduling and register users for classesRecord attendance completion and manage class agenda and trainer assignments.Check user account and statusesManage ticketsCooperation with Project Managers:Support project deliveries if assigned a role in the projectSupporting Training Attendees:Respond to attendees' messages daily and address questions and doubts preciselyProviding Constant Improvements:Analyse satisfaction survey results quarterly and take actions for improvementSubmit tech tickets for any issuesGaining Knowledge and Skills:Continuously improve knowledge and skills necessary to provide courses and tools for training attendeesAdd new topics and increase knowledge level on existing topics within the streamQualificationsQualifications:
Documented experience as the soft skills trainer: minimum 2 yearsCommon business language knowledge: English, with fluency in speaking and writing (C1 is a minimum)Bachelor's degreeCompetency Success Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in an international team environmentProactive and organized with a keen attention to detailWell organized and able to work to tight schedulesStrong coordination and problem-solving skillsWorkday administration experience is a plusAdditional InformationOur Benefits
