We are looking for aData Analyst – Reporting & Visualizationto transform complex datasets intoclear, actionable dashboards and reportsthat support strategic and operational business decisions.Reporting directly to theData Architect , this role will work across the organization'sMicrosoft Azure-based data ecosystem , partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions that are both technically robust and visually compelling.This position is adecuado for someone who cares equally aboutdata quality, accuracy, and consistencyand the usability and impact of the dashboards they create.Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintainPower BI dashboards and reportsacross multiple business areas.Develop and maintainPython scriptsfor data extraction, transformation, and automation.Partner with the Data Architect to build and enhancedata pipelines and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory.Query and manage data withinAzure SQL Database , ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.Applydata warehouse and dimensional modeling principles , including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and deliver solutionsend-to-end.Document data sources, transformations, business rules,



and report logic to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.Identifydata quality issuesand collaborate with upstream teams to resolve them.Follow organizational policies, procedures, and applicabledata governance requirements.Perform other related duties as assigned.Requisitos3+ years of experiencein a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role.Strong proficiency inPower BI , including:DAXData modelingDashboard and report developmentReport publishingSolidPythonskills, particularly for data wrangling and transformation usingPandas, Num Py , or similar libraries.Hands-on experience withAzure Data Factory , including building and monitoring data pipelines.Working knowledge ofAzure SQL Database , including:SQL queriesQuery optimizationSchema designData access patternsStrong understanding ofData Warehousing and Dimensional Modelingconcepts.Ability to communicate technical findings clearly tonon-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, accurate, and well-documented work.Preferred Qualifications
Experience withAzure Synapse AnalyticsorDatabricks.Familiarity withGitand version control practices.Exposure toMedallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)or similar layered data architectures.
