Our Ad Sales Training & Enablement team helps Spotify's general Sales organization perform at its best.
We design and deliver learning experiences that keep our sellers confident, informed, and customer-focused.
Working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Business Marketing, we build programs that support growth across Spotify's evolving advertising business.
What You'll Do:Partner with sales leaders to shape and deliver training strategies for LATAM teams, with a focus on Mexico and BrazilLead engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, both virtually and in personCollaborate with Product Marketing and Business Marketing to enable teams on new ad products and positioningDesign and facilitate interactive workshops that build core sales and account management skillsAssess learning needs and create clear,



practical training materials that support day-to-day workProvide coaching that helps sales team members grow their confidence and impactMeasure program effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve learning experiencesWho You Are:You have 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related fieldYou understand the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and/or social platformsYou know how to facilitate sessions that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to different learning stylesYou have experience building end-to-end training programs, from needs assessment to deliveryYou build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and levelsYou communicate feedback clearly and supportively, helping others growYou stay organized and manage multiple projects across regions with easeYou have experience in sales or media buyingYou are fluent in Spanish and English, and you have working proficiency in PortugueseWhere You'll Be:This role is based in Mexico CityWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
We ask that you come in 2 times per week.
