We are launchingSME– a new product focused onsmall and medium businesses in Mexico , and are looking for aSenior/Lead Product Analystto help build the function from the ground up.You will define how we scale acquisition for SME users, build the entire analytics foundation for the product, and turn early-stage ambiguity into a clear, data-driven system.What you'll do:Own end-to-end product analytics for SME, driving decisions across growth & productBuild the core analytics foundation from scratch: define key metrics, user funnels, and tracking architectureDesign clear visibility into acquisition channels and user journeys – who comes from where, and how they convertSet up scalable reporting for SME acquisition performance and experimentation outcomesBuild and analyze full funnel flows for SME users, from first touch to activation and repeat usageDesign and evaluate A/B testing framework adapted to SME scaleIdentify key specifics of the Mexican SME market and reflect them in product and growth logicPartner closely with product and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into measurable hypothesesDrive continuous iteration on acquisition efficiency, funnel conversion, and growth leversWhat makes you a great fit:A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPh I, NSE,
