As an Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A; and capital advisory transactions across various industries, while working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to high-profile clients.Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analysesAssist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverablesConduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarkingSupport deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordinationCollaborate with Analysts, Associates,



and senior leadership on active mandatesDemonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skillsRequired Qualifications
Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related fieldExcellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power PointClear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required)Located in Latin AmericaPreferred Qualifications
