Role OverviewThe Program Manager – Marketing supports and executes GTM initiatives across Ignite, Liftoff, Accelerate, and Skilling programs in Mexico.
The role is centred on partner-led marketing, working closely with institutions and ecosystem partners, managing marketing and PR agencies, and driving social media and event-based activations to support platform growth.This is a hands-on role for a senior marketing professional who brings strong execution discipline, partner coordination experience, and comfort operating across multiple channels and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Partner Marketing ExecutionExecute GTM initiatives through institutional and ecosystem partners including universities, training centers, associations, incubators, and government programsAct as the owner and expert for through-partner marketing, enabling partners with playbooks, assets, and localized campaignsManage partner timelines, commitments, follow-ups, and execution quality across programsSocial Media & EventsPlan and execute program-led social media initiatives aligned to GTM priorities in MexicoDrive event-based marketing including webinars, orientation sessions, workshops, roadshows, and ecosystem events in collaboration with partners and field teamsTrack performance of social and event channels and optimize based on outcomesAgency & PR ManagementManage external marketing agencies across social media, content, design,



and eventsWork closely with a PR agency to support media outreach, press releases, partner announcements, and ecosystem visibilityOwn agency briefs, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and quality controlPlatform Growth & OperationsSupport user onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys through partner channels and CRM-led communication (email, Whats App, in-platform)Collaborate with product, growth, and triage teams to track conversions and funnel movementMaintain structured trackers and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering campaigns, partners, agencies, social, events, and PR performanceContent & CollateralCoordinate development of localized marketing assets including partner kits, decks, brochures, landing pages, social creatives, and event collateral.Ensure brand consistency across partner, agency, and media-facing communicationSkills & Experience6–8 years of experience in marketing, program management, or GTM execution rolesStrong expertise in partner-led marketing and ecosystem-based growth, preferably in MexicoProven experience managing marketing and PR agenciesHands-on experience with social media management and event marketingBackground in Ed Tech, skilling,
