Role Overview
The Finance Manager will play a critical role inbudgeting, financial forecasting, and quota management.
This role works closely with theSales team and leadershipto ensure that revenue targets, sales quotas, and spending plans align with the company's financial goals.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has strong experience bridging finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and managedepartmental budgets , including sales, marketing, and operational expenses.
Collaborate with Sales Managers toset sales quotasbased on financial forecasts and historical data.
Providefinancial analysis and insightsto guide decision-making for business growth.
Monitorbudget vs. vigente performanceand report variances to management.
Conductrevenue forecasting, cash flow analysis, and profitability assessments.
Support leadership instrategic planning, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
Develop and maintainfinancial models and reporting toolsfor sales and other departments.
Ensurecompliance with financial policies,



standards, and regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders as required.
Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, or related field ; MBA or CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience infinance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis.
Strong understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, quota setting, and financial modeling.
Experience working closely withSales teams and operational departments.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency infinancial software, Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide actionable financial insights.
