Our employees have made a significant impact for our customers that not only includes growing business capabilities, but also helping non-profit organizations with important social initiatives throughout the world.The right Staff Accountant will be a proactive individual who is looking to ensure the financial statements are accurate, is excited to work for a growing international company and has strong attention to detail.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure AP and AR processes are followed and maintain and collect proper documentation:Assist with accounts receivable process from invoicing to collectionAssist with general ledger activities such as: journal entries, review AP and AR balances and reconciliations, account reconciliations,



management reporting, etc.Perform month-end and year-end close activitiesAssist with Financial Statement preparation and analysisReview and troubleshoot billing issuesGenerate and review AR aging reports and help with collectionsUpdate customer accounts and records as neededAssist with special projects as neededQualificationsUniversity Degree in Accounting is requiredExcellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skillsMinimum of two years accounting experience is required.Strong knowledge of U. S. GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and IFRS principlesExperience with foreign currency translationsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically ExcelQuick Books Online experience a plus.Ability to function well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
