DESCRIPTIONManagement of the training process
Responsible of all training logistics and handling of related documentation
Support trainers and participants during training execution
Coordinate access and provide the corresponding instructions
Ensure all resources are available during the entire training
Generate and present the corresponding reports of the department




Coordinate the induction process for new hirings
Steering of technical test plan
Prepare the competency model for each roleREQUIREMENTSBachelor ́s degree Administration, Human Resources, Education and or related
1+ year of experience in training, talent development, human resources and/or similar positions
Experience with instructional design
Management of e-learning tools
Good oral presentation
Handling of KPIs and reporting
Gather of lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
Fluent English
