We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for delivering Plata cards and banking products directly to customers.
This role focuses on the Ambassadors direction — our frontline employees who deliver products and consult clients.
Ambassadors work daily with a mobile application that supports the full delivery flow (meetings, routes, deliveries), while operations teams manage distribution, routing, and workload through a backoffice system.
This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development.
You'll work closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency, and support large operational teams.Challenges that await you:Own and develop business and operational processes for the Ambassadors directionWork deeply with the Ambassador mobile app:define and improve end-to-end delivery flowstranslate operational needs into product requirementsWork with the backoffice system:meeting distributionroute planningworkload allocation across ambassadorsDesign, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standardsPartner closely with operations managers and field teams to understand real-world challenges and validate solutionsCritically assess incoming requests, identify root causes, and challenge assumptions when neededOwn and manage the business backlog: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan deliveryWrite clear, structured requirements for development teamsDefine tasks, track progress, and control delivery timelinesWork with product analysts to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure impact of changesMonitor and improve key metrics related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and qualityCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts,
