Senior Salesforce Administrator / ConsultantExperience:Senior-level Salesforce experience
Focus:Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Integrations & DataWe are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Administrator / Consultantwith strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularlySales Cloud, CPQ, and RCA implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, managing complex integrations and data processes, and supporting enterprise-level initiatives across general teams.
This role requires a strong combination of technical Salesforce expertise, business understanding, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions usingSalesforce platform capabilities.Administer and supportSalesforce Sales Cloud , including complex business processes and configurations.Lead or supportCPQ and RCA implementationsand enhancements.Manage Salesforce data processes, includingdata loads, mapping, validation, and migration activities.Work with system integrations,ETL processes, and BI toolsto support end-to-end business solutions.Evaluate, implement, and supportthird-party App Exchange solutions.Support Salesforcemobile capabilitiesand user adoption.Participate in complex, multi-stream projects across global and cross-functional teams.SupportM&A-related; Salesforce integrationsand platform consolidation initiatives.Explore and supportAI-driven and agentic solutionswithin the Salesforce ecosystem.Present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value.Mandatory Technical Skills




Salesforce Administrator Certification – required.Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – required.Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Administration and Sales Cloud.Strong experience withCPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)and RCA implementations.Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.Strong understanding ofSalesforce integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.Hands-on experience withdata management , including data loads, mapping templates, and Excel-based data models.Experience managing and supportingthird-party App Exchange applications.Experience working with complex Salesforce environments and enterprise-level projects.Preferred Skills
Experience withAI-driven or agentic solutions.Experience withPSA tools , such as Financial Force.Experience withOrder Management systems.Familiarity with content management platforms such asSeismic.Experience withSalesforce Mobilecapabilities.Experience supportingM&A; integrationswithin Salesforce ecosystems.Leadership & Business Skills
Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream projects acrossglobal teams.Ability to lead cross-functional teams throughinfluence and matrix leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to present technical solutions clearly and connect them tobusiness value.Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL(Will be evaluated).
