Alongside the agency, they're building an AI-powered growth operating system: a Saa S platform and network of client-facing AI agents that turn how a top-tier team actually works into software.About the role: The AI Engineer will own the technical product end-to-end — the platform, the agent infrastructure behind it, and the internal tooling the team runs on.
This is a build-and-own role, not a ticket-taking one.
You set architecture, own the roadmap alongside the CEO, ship production code, and keep the whole system healthy.
You'll work closely with the CEO (strategy and priorities), the creative and lifecycle leads (who prototype and rate agent outputs), and existing technical partners.
