- Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations.
- Manage payroll taxes, year-end reporting, and statutory filings, including W-2s, W-3s, and T4s- Oversee payroll-related benefits, retirement plan deductions, and reconciliations- Prepare payroll journal entries, account reconciliations, and support financial audits- Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and payroll control initiatives.
