Job Description

- Support and monitor data privacy and protection compliance across the Americas, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
- Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support the implementation of mitigation measures for new projects, systems, and products.
- Review, negotiate, and manage Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), privacy clauses, and third-party data protection requirements.
- Support the handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), privacy incidents, and data breach response processes.
- Maintain privacy documentation, compliance records, reporting, and governance activities using tools such as OneTrust.
- Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong culture of data protection.
- Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks, monitor evolving AI regulations, and promote responsible and compliant AI practices.
- Collaborate closely with legal, business, and global privacy stakeholders across the region to support privacy and compliance initiatives.
- Provide language support and contribute to regional and general privacy programs as needed.
