Activities- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.- Define project schedules, timelines, and key milestones for new product launches.- Plan and coordinate pre-pilot and pilot production runs.- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.- Monitor and follow up on activities throughout all stages of the product introduction process.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within the metalworking/manufacturing industry.- Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI).- HVAC or air conditioning industry experience is a plus.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.- Valid U.S. visa required.
