What You'll Do
- Develop monthly sales reports by product lines and brands, identifying key business trends and performance drivers.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs for internal and external sales teams.
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM, ensuring data accuracy and optimal system utilization.
- Keep customer information updated and ensure CRM data integrity.
- Train new and existing users on CRM best practices and process updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and reporting efficiency.
- Prepare customized reports for management and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to CRM users by resolving questions and system-related issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, Commercial Reporting, or CRM Administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret commercial data and generate actionable insights.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+).
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting sales organizations.
- Knowledge of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experience participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Power BI experience is a strong plus.
