The role

This role is the senior performance marketing leader for Mexico, accountable for
defining and executing the country's digital acquisition strategy.





Working in close partnership with the Head of Marketing and the Country
Leadership Team, the role shapes commercial growth through data-driven
acquisition, market insight and continuous optimisation. Although reporting to
the Head of Marketing, the role operates as a strategic partner with significant
autonomy and influence across Product, Analytics, CRM, Risk and Commercial
teams.

While the role is clearly focused on the digital marketing it is expected to
play a significant role in the definition of the brand strategy, social media
developemnt, team competence growth and agency management.

The responsibilities

· Plan strategically and manage execution all digital marketing activities.

· Build digital channel mix aligning brand investments, partners networks and
performance activities to drive down cost of acquistition

· Own the end-to-end paid media strategy across Search, Display, YouTube,
Performance Max and future acquisition channels.
