Our client is a well-established landscape construction company based in Denver, Colorado, with over 30 years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Colorado and neighboring states. Operating with a close-knit team of approximately 100 employees, the company manages every stage of the construction process in-house—from design and estimating to project execution.
Known for its detail-oriented approach and long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and employees, the company specializes in complex landscape construction projects ranging from $300,000 to over $6 million. With a strong backlog of work extending into 2027–2028, they are looking for an estimator who wants to grow with a stable, collaborative organization.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team full-time.



This role is responsible for preparing accurate bids, evaluating project scopes, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and supporting operations on complex landscape construction projects.
The idóneo candidate understands multiple construction trades, enjoys solving technical challenges, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and collaboration are valued over speed.
This is a remote position supporting projects across Colorado, with an initial two-week onsite training period in Denver.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for landscape construction projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate project scopes.
- Perform quantity takeoffs using Eagle View, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), and related estimating software.
- Estimate projects involving:
- Asphalt
- Concrete and flatwork
- Curb and gutter
