The Opportunity
The People Business Partner Director, Labor Leader will provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all labor‑related activities across PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF). This role is accountable for shaping and executing labor strategy,



leading collective bargaining negotiations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and partnering closely with senior leadership to align workforce strategies with business and operational priorities.

As a key People leader within PMF, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives across Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, and People, influencing decisions that support business transformation, operational continuity, and long‑term organizational health.

Your Impact
