We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure
challenges, automating manual processes, and building reliable cloud platforms.

This position is intended to be performed from Mexico or another country in
Latin America.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You'll join a collaborative, globally distributed Technology team responsible
for the reliability, scalability, and security of Lumivero's SaaS platform. Our
DevOps engineers partner closely with Software Engineering, Security, and
Product teams to build and maintain the infrastructure that enables rapid,
reliable software delivery.





This is an opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies while having a
direct impact on the platform that powers our products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll help ensure our production platform remains secure,
reliable, and highly available while continuously improving how software is
built and deployed.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Deploy and manage Kubernetes environments using kOps and Helm.
* Administer AWS infrastructure and supporting cloud services.
* Support Azure environments and related services.
* Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Pipelines as Code solutions.
* Automate deployments, Docker image creation, and infrastructure provisioning.
* Design and maintain scalable environments that support our growing SaaS
platform.
* Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues using logs, metrics, and
monitoring tools.
* Participate in an on-call rotation
