Requirements

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations and Experience teams to deliver seamless hiring and onboarding journeys.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with organization, speed, and precision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to documentation excellence.
- A strong process mindset:

- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
- High empathy and professionalism in candidate and internal interactions.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and structured interview methodologies.

- Experience integrating AI tools into recruitment workflows.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
