Our delivery teams support application development and cloud operations initiatives across LATAM, enabling modern cloud-native application delivery practices for enterprise clients.



This role will support the MAPFRE delivery team by helping design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, automation practices, and reliable DevOps operations in collaboration with development, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams.
About the Role

Essential Job Functions:
As a DevOps Specialist, you will support application development and cloud operations initiatives across LATAM. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting Kubernetes environments, automating build, testing, deployment, and release processes, and enabling modern cloud-native application delivery practices. The role includes direct interaction with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and client representatives, requiring excellent communication skills in Spanish.
