Human Resources Manager

The CCM HR Manager is a strategic HR partner who drives people initiatives across Mexico that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness,



and employee engagement. This role leads the People Communication strategy, serves as the Business-Focused HR partner for the BFHR organization, and partners with all COEs (Centers of Excellence) IT, and business leaders to optimize HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and enable organizational transformation through effective governance, communication, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business-Focused HR partner for the BFHR organization, providing strategic partnership to HR leadership in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and employee engagement.
