Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials Planning Manager located in Reynosa Site, Mexico.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Materials Planning Manager’s role will be responsible for leading all logistics, import/export, customs compliance, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain execution activities for the Reynosa manufacturing operation. This role ensures uninterrupted material flow, regulatory compliance, cost competitiveness, and exceptional customer service while leading a high-performing logistics organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ logistics professionals, including import/export specialists, planners, warehouse personnel, and transportation coordinators.
- Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for key logistics positions.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
- Ensure full compliance with:
- IMMEX (Maquila) regulations
- USMCA requirements
- Mexican Customs regulations
- SAT and Annex 24/30 requirements
- CTPAT/OEA programs
- Manage all cross-border transportation activities between Mexico, the United States, and general destinations.
- Coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
- Ensure accurate customs documentation, tariff classifications, country-of-origin declarations, and valuation requirements.
