About the Role

The Business Specialist – Enterprise Applications is responsible for analyzing,
defining, and supporting business processes and enterprise application solutions




across Harman’s global digital landscape.

This role supports large-scale enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP
S/4HANA, enabling business functions that include Global Trade Management,
Order to Cash, Logistics, and other compliance-driven or operational processes.

The Business Analyst works as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT
delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with
standard enterprise application capabilities.

This position reports directly to the Digital Business System Manager and
collaborates closely with cross-functional business teams, ERP functional teams,
IT integration partners, and external vendors to support enterprise application
initiatives.
