What will you do?

* Provide functional and technical support for the OneStream Financial
Consolidation and Reporting system, support users during the Monthly End
Close Cycle (MECC) and help resolve issues that may affect reporting
timelines.

* Troubleshoot user questions and incidents through ServiceNow and follow
issues through resolution.

* Support system security groups, roles,



and supporting applications used to
administer OneStream access.

* Support inbound and outbound integrations with ERP systems and help validate
data movement and business rules.

* Partner with the OneStream COE team on finance needs, metadata releases,
system updates, and user communications.

* Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Visual Basic code within the
OneStream platform to resolve defects, improve system performance, and
deliver new business capabilities.

* Perform root cause analysis of application, data, and process issues by
reviewing process flows, business rules, integrations, workflows, and system
logs to identify and resolve underlying problems.

* Analyze end-to-end financial processes and system workflows to proactively
identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and increased
reliability.
