Job Description & Summary

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Perform end-to-end testing of AI workflows, pipelines, and GenAI-powered
solutions.
* Identify, document, and communicate defects, limitations, and improvement
opportunities within AI applications.
* Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Teams, and Business
Stakeholders to improve the performance and quality of AI solutions.
* Analyze model outputs and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness,
usability, and overall solution quality.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for AI-enabled products.
* Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and
emerging AI technologies.
* Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to AI testing
and evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,
Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.




* 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial
Intelligence, Quality Assurance, Solution Validation, Data Analytics, or
related technical disciplines.
* Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language
Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or AI-powered applications.
* Experience performing testing, validation, quality assurance, or evaluation
of technical solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify
patterns, issues, and improvement opportunities.
* Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and GenAI workflows.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced
environments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Advanced English proficiency.
