Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused professional to lead the
operational and financial execution of assigned business programs. This role
serves as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring
successful execution of demand planning, material availability, delivery
performance, and business financial objectives.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management,
Materials Planning, Demand Forecasting, Customer Operations, and Financial




Analysis within a manufacturing environment.

This position is significantly more focused on Supply Chain, Materials
Management, Forecasting, and Business Financials than on Product Design or
Engineering Development.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer demand forecasts and align supply chain strategies to support
business requirements.
* Lead material planning and inventory management activities to ensure
continuity of supply while optimizing inventory levels.
* Serve as the primary customer contact for operational performance, delivery
commitments, forecast alignment, and supply chain-related issues.
* Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
* On-Time Delivery (OTD)
* Material Availability
* Forecast Accuracy
* Inventory Performance
* Customer Commitments
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Planning,
Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance.
