JOB SUMMARY

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara,
North Campus

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Industrial Engineer role
involves proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability
to foster collaboration between teams, solve operational challenges, and drive
the successful implementation of new processes with a focus on result

What a typical day looks like:

* Leads projects with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements related
to storage capacity, operational flow,



or automation
* Work measurement programs and examine work samples to develop standards for
labor utilization.
* Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as
production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define
efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
* Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of
materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work
flow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
* Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and
recommendations.
* May develop management systems for cost reviews, financial planning, wage and
salary administration, and job evaluation.

reviews, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate
activities and ensur
