- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Juarez South. _
- The Test Engineer role involves_ r_esponsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._

What a typical day looks like:
- _ Preventive and corrective maintenance of testing equipment. _
- _Test yield reporting. _
- _Work to improve the efficiency of testing equipment. _
- _Management of assigned personnel._
- _ Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._
- _ Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._




- _ May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._
- _ Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._
- _ Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._
- _ Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._
- _ Create and maintain process documentation._

- _ Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or industrial engineering. _
- _Advanced English. _
- _Programming skills. _
- _Proficiency in Windows Server and SQL. _
- _Knowledge of automation software. _
- _Server experience. _
- _Experience managing personnel._
