We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are ready to put their skills to work supporting growing US-based customer support operations.
If you have strong English communication skills, previous US BPO or call center experience, and you're confident working in a fast-paced customer service environment, we want to hear from you
This is a fully remote opportunity, giving experienced customer service professionals across Mexico the chance to join international teams while working from home.
Compensation
- $5.50 USD per hour
- Paid weekly in arrears
- Independent Contract
- Training paid in full
Technical Requirements (Essential)
To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:
- Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
- 16 GB RAM
- Dual monitors
- Webcam and Headset
- i5 processor or higher
- Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
- Backup power solution
- Microsoft Teams / Office 365

What We’re Looking For
- Previous US BPO / call center experience
- Excellent
