Customer Quality Manager

Autoliv Tijuana | On Site What you’ll do:
•
Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organization for all quality-related topics. • Main responsible to assure Vo C is monitored and actions are taken to ensure is at optimal level. • Drive Customer Scorecard Improvement on the division • Lead customer meetings, audits, program reviews during escalation concerns/issues. •
Understand customer-specific requirements (CSR) and ensure fulfillment & alignment across the internal teams. •
Support APQP/PPAP activities to ensure customer deliverables are submitted on time and right the first time. •
Be the voice of customer and promote customer first mindset, train, coach 8 D quality of root cause, corrective action, preventive action and Yokoten.
• Lead technical assessment and supports BU on the sign-off of customer warranty agreement. Supports negotiations of warranty costs. Coordinates warranty improvement to reduce cost. Monitors warranty related emerging concerns. What is required:

Bachelor degree on Engineering •
Advanced English skills •
Previous Experience as Quality Manager and/or Customer Quality Supervisor •
Willingness to travel Technical skills needed for the role: Customer Scorecards, Core tools, Customer Specific Requirements. What’s in it for you:
