seeking a mid-level sap process orchestration (sap po) consultant with 4+ experience in sap integration technologies. The adecuado candidate will have hands‑on experience designing, developing, monitoring, and supporting interfaces using sap process orchestration (po), sap pi/po, and related middleware technologies.

the consultant will be responsible for delivering integration solutions between sap and non-sap applications, supporting complex enterprise landscapes, and ensuring stable, secure, and efficient data exchange across business systems.

key responsibilities

- design, develop, test, and support integration solutions using sap process orchestration (sap po) .
- develop and maintain synchronous and asynchronous interfaces between sap and third-party applications.
- configure and support:
- integration directory
- enterprise services repository (esr)
- communication channels
- integrated configurations (ico)
- business systems and communication components
- develop message mappings, graphical mappings, java mappings, and xslt transformations.
- monitor interface execution and troubleshoot integration issues.
- support edi, idoc, soap, rest, xml, rfc, jdbc, sftp, and proxy-based interfaces.
- analyze business and technical requirements and provide integration solution recommendations.
- perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents within agreed slas.
- participate in system upgrades, migrations, interface testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.




- collaborate with sap functional consultants, basis teams, developers, and external vendors.
- create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- follow itil-based incident, change, and problem management processes.

required skills & experience

- sap pi/po or sap process orchestration experience.
- strong understanding of sap integration architecture and middleware concepts.
- hands‑on experience with:
- sap pi/po
- integration directory
- message monitoring

- experience developing and supporting:
- idocs
- rfcs
- proxies
- soap services
- rest services
- xml interfaces
- file interfaces
- knowledge of:
- message mapping
- graphical mapping

- strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- ability to work with global support and project teams.
- intermediate to advanced english communication skills.

preferred qualifications

- experience with sap integration suite (cpi) or sap btp integration.
- exposure to sap s/4hana integration projects.
- experience with edi standards such as:
- ansi x12
- edifact
- knowledge of:
- api integrations
- cloud integrations
- familiarity with sap aif (application interface framework).
- experience with servicenow or other itsm platforms
