Your Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

Work Model and Location
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. This role is contributing to the ABB Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Actual Leon.

Main Responsibilities

Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.

Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions,



and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.

Qualifications for the role

2 years of professional experience in maintenance or engineering activities, or related

Knowledge of: ISO9001, OSHAS1801 & 1400, desirable Lean Six Sigma experience (LOTO, 5S)

Experience with industrial machinery equipment

Management of technical personnel

Experience with: Activity and project tracking, equipment commissioning and release, equipment transfers, identification of critical spare parts, experience in tracking and coordinating GDC activities

Experience with electronic and power circuits, PLC programming and control systems

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

English communication skills in an intermediate level
