we are seeking an experienced software development manager to lead multiple high-performing engineering squads and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-critical software solutions.

this role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution . You will work closely with engineering, architecture, product, design, and agile teams to define technical direction, remove roadblocks, promote engineering excellence, and ensure successful product delivery.

- remove technical impediments and proactively address development challenges.

- conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching to engineering teams.
- translate business and system requirements into actionable development plans and measurable deliverables.
- identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural deficiencies.
- partner with product management, design, agile coaches, and engineering leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
- oversee ci/cd pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- champion innovation and continuously improve development processes, tools, and technologies.
- ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of applications and services.

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams as a software development manager, technical lead, or engineering manager.
- proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

technical expertise

- strong experience with .net framework, .net core/.net, restful apis, and enterprise application development .
- solid understanding of microservices architectures , domain-driven design (ddd), and distributed systems.
- experience designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based applications and services.
- expertise in application performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering.
- strong knowledge of api design principles and integration patterns.
- experience with middleware technologies, application security, and vulnerability remediation.
- hands‑on experience with ci/cd pipelines , devops practices, and release automation.
- experience working with sql server, oracle, and nosql databases .
- knowledge of modern integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
- strong understanding of designing scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
