job responsibilities

- identify and select merchandise that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and customer base.
- offline visit markets to evaluate and select suppliers to choose the best products.
- maintain an up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts.
- monitor fashion trends and consumer preferences through various sources (fashion shows, social media, market research).
- conduct analysis to forecast upcoming seasons' collections, ensuring product selections align with market demand.
- establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners, manufacturers, and designers.
- provide input on the visual merchandising of stores and online platforms.
- prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activity and sales performance.
- provide insights and recommendations for improving buying strategies and product assortment.
- assist vendors in completing shein account registration, product photography, product listing, and sales,



resolving any issues encountered during the process.

job requirements

- bachelor's degree completed
- strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis.
- excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- ability to manage budgets, forecast trends, and work under tight deadlines.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- willing to go to commercial areas of cdmx (tepito) and estado de mexico.
- proficiency in ms office (excel, word)
- passion for fashion and an eye for identifying products that will appeal to the target market.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
