Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic Emcees/Event Hosts to lead corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end—from setup and facilitation to wrap-up. As the face of Goodera on the ground, you will ensure volunteers have a seamless, engaging, and meaningful experience while supporting nonprofit partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Manage event setup and logistics, including materials, inventory, and volunteer instructions
Facilitate the full event flow: introductions, agenda, engagement activities, and closing
Deliver a high-energy, engaging experience for participants
Capture event highlights (photos, feedback, attendance) for post-event reporting
Coordinate with nonprofit partners to align on goals and execution




Troubleshoot and adapt in real time to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For: Strong public speaking or facilitation experience (events, workshops, training, etc.)
Confident presence with the ability to engage groups of 30-100 participants
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage logistics and handle unexpected challenges calmly
High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail
Preferred: Background in hosting (in Spanish), performance, teaching, or similar audience-facing roles
Experience with improvisation or dynamic facilitation
Requirements: Ability to stand for 2-4 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable transportation to event locations
Willingness to support event setup and breakdown
Adaptable scheduling - choose events based on your availability
Training, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities
