We're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized TAS to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico.
Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding
✅ Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping
✅ Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competencies
✅ Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations
✅ Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reportingSchedule:Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monterrey Standard Time | On-Site
Location: Centro Cuauhtémoc in downtown Monterrey (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, Mirador, ***** Monterrey, N.3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
