This role will assist with development of an internal Angular design system component library, contributing to the stability and scalability of core frontend frameworks.
The engineer will focus on building and maintaining high-performance Angular components that align with the internal design library and enable AI tools, code generation workflows, and agentic experiences to consume and build with the components.
The role is integrated within the Design organization and involves close collaboration with the framework development team, CSS lead, and internal development teams to provide onboarding, integration guidance, and technical support.What you'll doBuild, maintain, and improve reusable Angular UI components aligned to our design system guidelinesWrite unit tests using Jasmine/Karma and end-to-end (e2e) tests using CypressDevelop and maintain complex data table and filtering features within the design systemCollaborate on reactive form components and form input patterns defined by the design systemEnsure all components meet accessibility standards (WCAG)



through automated testing toolsHelp maintain and generate component documentationApply consistent code quality standards using ESLint and PrettierWork within the Angular library project structure, including ng-package, schematics, and multiple tsconfig targetsWhat they're looking for2–5 years of hands-on experience with Angular (v15+; project is on Angular 21) and a solid understanding of reusable component-level developmentStrong understanding of TypeScript and RxJSExperience with Angular Reactive Forms and component lifecycle hooksProficiency with HTML/SCSS and component-level styling using design tokensExperience writing high-quality code that is well-documented and easy to maintain with accompanying unit tests and familiarity with end-to-end (e2e) testingComfortable working in a monorepo and Angular library project structureComfortable working within Figma to analyze design specificationsSolid Git workflow skills, including branching, pull requests (PRs), and code reviews
