We work fast, ship often and sweat the details.We need a junior designer who can keep up.What you'll be doing:- Designing email templates, landing pages and branded assets that convert- Building and maintaining design systems in Figma- Creating scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' campaigns (think: product launches, flash sales, VIP offers)- Collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters and senior designers to refine concepts and ensure visual consistency- Optimizing designs for conversion and mobile responsiveness- Iterating quickly based on performance data and feedbackYou're a good fit if:- You live and breathe Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud- You have a sharp eye for typography,
