AtAutoneum, we are looking for aTrade Analyst / Foreign Trade Specialistto join ourPC&L; teamin San Luis Potosí.
The main purpose of this position is tocoordinate and follow up on import and export operations, ensuring compliance with applicable customs and regulatory requirements, as well as the proper execution of foreign trade processes.
This role will interact closely withcustoms brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams, contributing to the continuity of operations and the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up onimport and export operations.
Provide instructions and follow up withcarriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Review documentation required forcustoms clearanceand ensure its proper integration.
Identify applicable regulations and requirements for foreign trade operations.
Provide daily follow-up and visibility on shipment status.
Identify, address, and follow up on situations that may causedelays in import or export operations.
Review, calculate, and manage the payment ofduties, taxes, and other foreign trade contributions.
Analyze import and export information to preparemetrics, reports, and KPIs.
Verify the proper application oftariff benefits derived from trade agreementsand applicable government programs.
Stay up to date on changes inforeign trade legislation and regulations.
Develop and updateprocedures and work instructionsrelated to foreign trade operations.
Participate incontinuous improvement, root cause analysis, and process mappingactivities.
Collaborate with different areas to ensure compliance with foreign trade and logistics objectives.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree inInternational Trade, International Business,



International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experiencein international trade.
Experience inimport and export operations.
Experience incustoms clearance and customs compliance.
Knowledge ofIncoterms, customs valuation, and applicable legislation.
Knowledge offree trade agreements and foreign trade programs.
Experience working withcustoms brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
Proficiency inExcelfor data analysis and reporting.
English proficiency sufficient to communicate withcustomers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in theautomotive industry and/or manufacturing environments.
Experience developing and updatingprocedures and work instructions.
Experience analyzing information, preparing reports, and trackingKPIs.
Experience withERP systems and/or foreign trade platforms, such as SAP, Integral Trade XXI, or similar systems.
