This position will provide hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, market research, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.The idóneo candidate is a highly organized, communicative, and results-oriented individual who is interested in developing a career inSales, Business Development, or Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentSupport the identification and qualification of potential clients and business opportunities.Conduct market and prospect research to identify new leads and target companies.Assist with lead generation and maintaining accurate prospect databases.Support the preparation of commercial presentations, proposals, and sales materials.Assist the sales team with follow-ups and client communication.Update and maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.Monitor potential business opportunities and support the follow-up process.Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales activities and results.MarketingSupport the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Assist with the creation and coordination of content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.Help coordinate company events, webinars, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and market presence.Administrative & Business SupportPrepare reports, presentations, and business documents.Maintain organized records of clients, prospects, campaigns, and commercial activities.Support the team with ad-hoc business development and marketing projects.Collaborate with different departments to support commercial objectives.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong interest inSales, Business Development, and Marketing.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Ability to conduct research and analyze market information.Good command ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or digital marketing tools is a plus.English proficiencyis preferred.Availability to work as an intern according to the company's internship schedule.
