This role is adecuado for individuals with experience insales and/or customer servicewho are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and can manage leads efficiently.While the position includes some customer service tasks, this is primarily a sales-forward role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.This is a 100% remote position, open exclusively to candidatesresiding full-time in Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction Learn and stay up to date on all product details in our catalog Track leads, opportunities,



and activities using our CRM system Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet goals Work independently with strong initiative and sound judgmentWhat We're Looking ForAdvanced English(spoken, written, and listening) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role Strong computer and system navigation skills (CRM experience preferred) Ability to multitask effectively Positive and professional communication style Fast typing skills Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyNice-to-Have (Not Required)Experience with outbound calls Prior experience supporting U.S. customers Goal-driven mindset or sales training backgroundWhy This Role Is a Great OpportunityFixed monthly base salary Uncapped commissions 100% remote position - work from anywhere in Mexico.
