Sobre nuestro clienteInternational manufacturing company.DescripciónThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making support.Key responsibilities include:- Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closings- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Oversee cost accounting and provide visibility into cost drivers and operational performance- Ensure compliance with Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements including IMMEX and tax compliance frameworks- Partner with operations teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic decisions- Monitor cash flow and working capital- Strengthen internal controls and support audits (internal and external)- Lead and develop the finance teamThis is a hands‐on role requiring close involvement with plant operations and cross‐functional stakeholders.Perfil buscadoWe are looking for a strong Finance professional with experience in manufacturing environments and a proven track record in plant‐level financial leadership.Key requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles (Plant Controller / Finance Manager)- Strong experience in cost accounting and financial analysis- Solid knowledge of Mexican GAAP and US GAAP- Proven experience with compliance frameworks such as IMMEX and Tax compliance- Advanced English communication skills- Leadership experience managing finance teams- Hands‐on, operational mindset with ability to work closely with plant operations- Experience with ERP systemsQué OfrecemosBenefits above the law#J-*****-Ljbffr
