Job Title: SAP FICO ConsultantLocation: GDL and CDMX (Hybrid/Remote – Please update as applicable)Duration: Full-TimeExperience: 8+ YearsKey Responsibilities- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and production support activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including:- General Ledger (GL)- Accounts Payable (AP)- Accounts Receivable (AR)- Asset Accounting (AA)- Bank Accounting- Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:- Cost Center Accounting- Profit Center Accounting- Internal Orders- Product Costing- Profitability Analysis (COPA)- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Provide L2/L3 production support by resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, and ABAP teams to support integrations and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Handle Mexico CFDI requirements, including:- Electronic invoicing- PAC integration- SAT compliance- Regulatory reporting- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Participate in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents,



process documentation, and user guides.Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Minimum of 1–2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI:- General Ledger (GL)- Accounts Payable (AP)- Accounts Receivable (AR)- Asset Accounting (AA)- Bank Accounting- Strong knowledge of SAP CO:- Cost Center Accounting- Profit Center Accounting- Internal Orders- Product Costing- COPA (Profitability Analysis)- Experience with SAP production support (L2/L3).
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Mexico CFDI and e-invoicing compliance.
- Experience with PAC integration and SAT regulations.
- Knowledge of LATAM localization, particularly Mexico.
- Experience with SAP interfaces, IDOCs, and enhancements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with FSCM, Treasury, or Taxation modules.
- Experience working in general delivery/onshore-offshore environments.
- SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
