AboutWe're looking for a QA Engineer to join our SFCC development team.
You'll be embedded as a true partner — not just a tester — owning quality across our web experiences and tooling as we scale across 14 countries and counting.What you'll do- Drive end-to-end quality assurance across our DTC commerce experience- Partner closely with engineering and product owners throughout the SDLC- Review Figma designs against development to catch visual and functional discrepancies- Contribute to automated testing approaches and tooling improvementsWhat we're looking for- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum — you know how to operate in a fast-moving sprint cadence- Comfort reviewing Figma files for design-to-implementation accuracy- Ecommerce domain knowledge (PDPs, cart, checkout, promotions, search)- Automation-forward mindset — curious about how various tools can accelerate workflows and increase quality- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally without heavy hand-holding- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve- Mobile-first testing mindset with experience across iOS and Android devices to ensure consistent cross-platform qualityBonus points- Expertise in SFCC Business Manager- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to utilize screen readers
