The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst also promotes financial understanding and reinforces sound financial principles across the Commercial Organization.
Key responsibilities include supporting the achievement of the Commercial Gross Margin plan and forecast by providing analysis, actionable insights, and decision-making support.ResponsibilitiesSpecific AccountabilitiesLead the customer teams during business planning by providing financial and business analysis (in collaboration with the Finance COE); analyze customer plans to ensure financial expectations are achieved.Investigate and provide understanding about Market/Cluster Performance, Outlook and Risk profile, through analysis and partnering with Commercial Teams.Provide decision support to Commercial Teams to help optimize Energizer's sales and profit growth.Manage the Trade Spend funds and pricing strategy to optimize ROI and ensure financial goals are metProvide financial analysis for major proposals affecting the business; e.G.



contract renewals,line reviews and competitive pressures.Support delivery of system & process improvements through collaboration with TG COE and engagement with the commercial team.In depth evaluation (review & commentary on trends & anomalies) and reporting to key stakeholders for month end close activities & reports - examples: Monthly Flash Report (MFR), GSR and Working Capital Reconciliation, etc.Establish follow-up actions to; course correct poor performance, or amply good outcomesWhat we are looking forRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMin 2-4 years business experienceComplexity: Most likely single market, in direct BP responsibility.
